Visiting Professorships
Through the Short-Term Distinguished Visiting Professorships in the Arts and Humanities, humanities scholars and artists are invited to the University Park campus for a brief (generally three to seven working days), but intense residency that includes a series of educational, scholarly and/or creative activities aimed at a multidisciplinary audience. Visiting professors are nominated by Penn State faculty.
Application deadline: there is no set deadline; nominations are accepted on a rolling basis until funds are no longer available. Prospective nominators should contact the IAH Director to inquire about the availability of funds.
