IAH Book Series with Penn State Press

The aim of this book series is to publish significant research and creative work in the arts and the humanities, as well as in the often neglected intersection of these fields. This series is intended to help serve the mission of the Institute for the Arts and Humanities at Penn State and, to that end, we are especially interested in interdisciplinary work that might not readily find a home in more traditional publishing venues. While we hope that projects supported by the Institute for the Arts and Humanities will result in books that can be published in this series, we do not intend to limit the books we publish to such projects or to Penn State faculty. This series will represent the very best work of its kind. Both single authored monographs and edited collections are appropriate for this series. All innovative and scholarly work in the arts and the humanities will be carefully considered.

The Editors of the Institute for the Arts and Humanities Book Series encourage preliminary discussions about projects. To discuss the idea for a book, please contact both Marica Tacconi (mst4@psu.edu) and Sherry Roush (slr21@psu.edu), Series Editors. You may also contact the Editors by calling the Institute for the Arts and Humanities at 814-865-0495.
